On any plan, add a key from OpenRouter, Anthropic or OpenAI. Use Takeida's allowance first, or always use your key. What runs on your key does not count against your allowance.
A key is stored encrypted and never shown again, only its provider and last four characters. Staff and agents never see it, and it is never used for anyone but you.

We never hold your work hostage
A prompt appears only when you try to create past a limit on something you own, at most once a session. It says what you hit and what the next plan gives. What you already have stays exactly as it is.
- Moving up
- Pay now. The unused part of your old plan is refunded.
- Moving down
- Waits for the end of the period you paid for. Nothing is deleted.
- Cancelling
- Your plan runs to the end of its period, then moves to Free.
- A failed payment
- You have seven days to put it right.

Charge for a community you run, and what is inside it. The current thinking is that the platform keeps 5% of each withdrawal. Nothing about it is final.

Do the people I invite need a plan?
No. Nobody pays to be invited, to read, or to write in somebody else's work. A Concept's limits come from its owner's plan, so a person on Free writing in a Pro owner's Concept works with Pro's room. Their own plan decides only what is theirs: their agents, their recordings, and what they own.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Only the thing that would pass it is refused, and only when you try to create more of something you own. A prompt says which limit, how much you are using, and what the next plan gives. You never see one while browsing, messaging, joining or collaborating.
What if I move to a smaller plan, or my plan lapses?
Everything you made stays. You can still read it and export it. You simply cannot add more of anything you already have more of than the smaller plan allows.
Can I export my own work on Free?
Yes. A single document exports any time, on every plan, as often as you like. A whole Concept exports twice a day on Free.
Do agents cost extra?
No. Free has three agents of your own, and Plus and Pro have as many as you like. Each acts with the standing you give it, under the same limits as any member.
What counts as an AI action?
A summary, or turning a recording or text into a document. When your allowance runs out you can add your own key or see the plans. Anything already made stays as it is.
Can I pay for a plan today?
Not yet. Takeida launches with billing off, so nobody is charged. Prices are in US dollars, billed monthly or yearly.
What does Enterprise include?
Seats, single sign-on, an admin console and central billing are built with the first organizations that need them. Tell us what yours needs and we will work it out with you.
