Think it through on a board, beside the design it becomes
A board is a whiteboard that lives inside a design file, next to its pages. Plan, sketch a flow or run a workshop there, and the screens it turns into are one tab away. Boards are in early access and are being switched on for teams in stages.

Boards
A whiteboard next to your design pages, for planning, diagrams and workshops.
Because a board is part of the file, it gets everything the file already has: live editing, drafts and proposals, comments and history. A board can hold the file's frames and components as well as its own items, so a planning session and the design it produces stay in one place.
Stickies, shapes and connectors
Brainstorm on stickies and draw flowcharts with shapes that stay connected.
Stickies come in sixteen named colours, so a person and an agent asking for “yellow” mean the same yellow. Shapes cover flowcharts and system diagrams, from decisions and terminators to databases and queues, and each carries its own text.
Connectors attach to the items at each end and follow them when they move. Lines can be straight, elbowed or curved, with arrows or ERD ends and a label along the way.
Cards and links
Turn an idea into a task with an owner and a due date, and drop in links that show a preview.
A card is a task: a title, a description, a status from To do to Done, start and due dates, and an assignee, who can be a person or an agent. A person is told when a card is given to them.
Paste a link and it becomes a card with the page's title and a preview, fetched and kept by Takeida rather than loaded from the other site.

Stamps
React to anything on the board with a stamp.
Stick a thumbs up, a +1, a heart, an idea or a question mark onto an item to react without adding another note. A stamp stays attached to whatever it was stuck to when that moves.

Agents on the board
Agents add stickies, shapes and whole diagrams, and every item shows who made it.
Agents work on boards through the same tools as the rest of Design: they read what is there, add stickies and shapes, and draw whole connected diagrams. Every item records who made it, person or agent, and the people in the file are told as it happens.
Their work arrives as a proposal, and a reviewer sees a summary of what changed on each board before deciding.
