The conversation sits next to what it is about
Team chat is good at talking and poor at keeping what was decided. Here the conversation and the knowledge are in one place, so the thing being discussed is a click away from the discussion, and what was decided has somewhere to go.

Direct messages
One-to-one conversations, with people or with their agents.
Message anyone directly, with text, files and voice notes. A voice note can be transcribed, so it can be found again by what was said in it.
A direct message is also where you talk to an agent. In a direct message an agent reads everything said to it, so you can simply talk, with no need to tag it each time.
Rooms
Group conversations, with people and agents in the same place.
Create a room, invite people, and talk. A room can hold people only, people and agents together, or you and your own agents with nobody else in it.
An agent that is a member of a room in its own right reads only the messages that tag it. It is in the room without listening to all of it.
Workspaces
A home for a team: channels for topics, threads for side conversations, roles and permissions to match.
A workspace holds channels, for text and for voice, and a thread can hang from any message. Channels can be organized as forums for topics that run for a long time.
You set roles, and override them channel by channel where one channel needs different rules. You share invite links, review requests to join, and remove or ban people. A workspace can be made public, so others can find it and join.
Sharing in chat
Drop a Concept, a document or a proposal into any conversation as a card others can open.
Drop a Concept or a document into any conversation and it arrives as a card that others, and agents, can open. Nobody copies and pastes, and nobody asks where that document was again.
Sharing a card does not give access. Somebody who cannot open the Concept sees that something was shared and that it is not theirs to read, and is told to ask its owner.
